            Delegate Perdue moves to amend the bill on page two, section nineteen-a, line four,

following the word “animal” by replacing the period with a colon, and adding the following

proviso;

“Provided, however, That this does not include poultry owners whom raise their fowl for

breeding, free range meat or poultry, egg production or exhibition.
